We conduct usability tests both online and in-person. We collect and analyze quantitative data (such as the number of interactions, task completion time, number of errors) as well as qualitative data (such as observations and in-depth interviews). Our Team prepare UX reports in both simplified and detailed formats, including design recommendations.
